Organizational Communication Training at Aice Group: Enhancing Communication Efficiency in the Workplace

The purpose of this training is enabling participants to Communicate efficiently, ensuring information is conveyed accurately, and apply systematic communication within an organizational context.

Aice Group recently held an Organizational Communication training program for employees at all levels. This training is designed to help participants develop efficient communication skills, ensuring that critical information is conveyed accurately and enabling systematic communication within an organizational context. Through this training, employees are expected to contribute more effectively by practicing clear and structured communication in the workplace.

The training was facilitated by Mr. Robertus Sutejo Aji, the Learning and Development Supervisor at Corporate Human Capital, Aice Group. The content is based on the Japanese communication philosophy known as HORENSO, which consists of three main pillars: Hokoku (reporting), Renraku (informing), and Soudan (consulting). This approach aims to teach participants how to communicate in an organized, clear, and goal-oriented manner within the organization.

Lasting 3 hours and 30 minutes, the first session of this training was attended by employees from Aice’s Head Office. The training included various case studies and simulations, allowing participants to practice and understand the application of HORENSO in their daily work environment. By focusing on these three core elements, Aice hopes to cultivate a communication culture that is more collaborative and responsive across all departments.

Given the enthusiastic response and the training’s relevance to employees, Aice Group plans to conduct several additional sessions over the coming months. To ensure that all new hires understand and apply the principles of effective communication, the Organizational Communication training will also be made mandatory for all new joiners at Aice Group.

Through this initiative, Aice Group is committed to strengthening a culture of transparent, efficient, and well-structured communication, empowering employees to engage more fully in achieving the company’s collective goals. [ST]
